1 sheet square Rice Paper
4 slices kiwi slices
5-6 matchstick sliced fresh mango
3-4 slices 1″ thick organic banana
Cinnamon for dusting
1 1/2 tbsp granola
1/2 tsp raw cacao
1 large tbsp non dairy plain yogurtHeat a non stick skillet over medium heat with a very light coating of oil..Place banana down and coat lightly with cinnamon and fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown..turn and repeat..then remove from heat..Dip Rice Paper (do not soak) in warm water approx 20 seconds until it starts to soften and is slightly tacky…using a large cutting board lay out the Rice Paper and start by laying out the kiwi down the center..add banana, mango and remaining ingredients and gently roll tightly and fold in edges and serve immediately.
Do not over soak rice paper as it will fall apart… also do not over fill which will leave wrap difficult to close.
